What u think of the marina iud? Have anyone used it and has something postive about it?

I love it. At first you spot on and off for about a month. After this spotting I get my period lightly about three days every four months or so. Ive had it three years now. ive had nothing bad so far. however I will say it was slightly uncomfortable going in but my doc was teaching another doc how to do it abd I was more embarrassed than anything!
