Awk responce from girl I like?

the girl I like and I are pretty good friends. we text most nights, and during the school year hung out alot at school. we only hung out once outside of school, when she invited me and someother friends to a movie over spring break. I havent seen her this summer, and wanted to hang out, so when I was texting her I said "we gotta hang, I miss u :(" she responded "umm but ya sure we should hang :)" whats up with this responce, and how awk of a responce is it? we are 15.
