During an ultrasound the tech mentioned my mirena iud was in place but that she did notice some "tracks" ?

i had been wondering if i might be pregnant at the time of the ultrasound but the tech said i wasnt unless it was too early to tell but then she commented on tracks but wouldnt elaborate....????X
