Iud paragraud?question?

This is my second time with this iud. This time my periods r way different then the,last time,i,had,it. I got it after my 3rd baby she is now almost 8months old. I was having heavy periods after I got the iud. Last month it was lighter spotted for 2 days and then kida heavy for about 3days then spotted again for 2 more days. Now this months I spotted for about 2 days and then had a light period for about 4 days. Now I have been spotting for 2days a pantyliner. Has this happened to anyeles that has had or has,the paragarud
