Possibility of pregnancy ?

I have the Mirena IUD however I been having pain lately so I went to the doctors. They couldn't find nothing wrong so they decided to do an ultrasound. That night me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. The next morning I received a call from the doctor saying if I have sex to use protection cause my iud is out of place and its not going to protect me. I made an appt to get it removed but could I have got pregnant I know its to early to tell and btw I have a one year old son.
