Just not feeling right?

Im 24 years old, I have the mirena IUD, and Ive had it for 2 in a half years, I know im not pregnant but Ive been exhausted, had really bad headaches and heartburn really bad, and Ive noticed Ive gained allittle bit of weight, not sure whats going on.Does anyone have any input?
