HELP WITH MY CYCLES AND LUTEAL PHASE!!!! 10 POINTS!!?

today is 14 dpo for me and cycle day 35 and as of yesterday I had been getting all negatives on a bunch of pregnancy tests. I was expecting my period today only because I know normal cycle lengths are from 21-35 days. I have had an IUD for the past 5 years so now that I have it out I am unfamiliar with my cycles but being that I am 14 dpo today and my period is not here, am I officially late or what day should I test again??
