Could i be prego w/ iud ?

I'be never been pregnant so I'm not sure your symps beside what you see on tv. I had the marinara iud place Nov 2010. I bleed all the up until January. Recently I've been very tired, stomach feels bloated, and some abdominal discomfort. Have but on a little weight. I know iud have low pregnancy rate but I'm not sure what it is. Any advice
