What can i do to make sure i get prego been off iud for3 mnth an still nuthing :(?

Ive been trying since I had it removed actually four months ago N I had the leep procedure a week after removAL is this my problem I'm high fertility now until the end of the month an on the 1st I'm ovulating what can I do to almost guarantee ill get pregnant?
