I don't think so - you shouldn't be experiencing any pain. I don't think the discharge is related to the pain though, especially since it's not bloody. It's a good call that you contacted your doctor. Has the pain continued throughout the day? It might be hard to tell where the pain is coming from in that area since there's so much going on in there. I hope you don't have an episode like that again.
