My stomach is so bloated. It looks like I am 6 months pregnant!?

What the heck is wrong with me? The pressure is unbearable. I don't have periods anymore due to my IUD. So, its not menstrual bloating... I feel like my stomach is gonna explode and nothing like gas x has worked. Any suggestions??
