Mirena, belly fat and big breasts?

I have had my Mirena IUD for a year and a half and so far I have loved it. The changes I have noticed is this unusual belly fat that I have never had before (not crazy, just noticeable to me) and my breasts swell nearly a cup size and stay incredibly tender and sometimes painful for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks every month. As time goes on I notice it is more often and more painful. I am just wondering if anyone else with a Mirena IUD has noticed the belly fat and breast size increase/tenderness?
