I was wondering...IUD question!?

I just got my Mirena IUD out on June 24th (obviously i know i wont get pregnant like tomorrow) but i was wondering how long it took some of you to get pregnant after it was removed? Did you have to regulate your cycle first or did you get pregnant right off the bat? Did you have any symptoms right after removal that lead to you being pregnant?
