Your friend tells you that he read a report saying that cell phones are relatively safe to use because they only omit 6.15 x 10^-15 Joules of energy. You inform your friend that if he uses that particular phone it will be the last call he'll ever make! How can you explain your concern to your friend? (Show a calculation to make your point!)
