California State University, getting accepted as in state no fine art class?

I had my freshman year in CA. Then I lived out of state for two years, sophomore and junior year. Then moved back to CA for Senior Year this year. But never got to take a fine arts class. I'm trying to apply for Spring Semester at a Cal State. But will I get rejected for not having the Fine Arts class? I have a 3.2 gpa and a good SAT score.
